11-Week Farm to Retail Workshop
Registration is open for the Farm to Retail workshop series! The workshop series is designed to help new farmers to start or expand existing agri-food businesses to scale. The program will be delivered by food entrepreneurship experts from the Food Venture Program. This is a partnership between the Counties of Simcoe, Grey and Bruce and the Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre.
The course is FREE. All applicants will be vetted by the project partners to earn one of seven spots available for Simcoe County businesses. Applications are open now and must be received by October 11. Details about the program are available here.
The Food Venture Program (FVP) is a collaboration of senior business mentors, food industry executives, chefs, product developers and dietitians in the food industry.
