South Simcoe Business Excellence Awards – Call for Nominations
Nottawasaga Futures and its partners are committed to fostering a thriving business community in South Simcoe. The South Simcoe Business Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding businesses that drive economic growth and community prosperity. We invite you to nominate exceptional businesses for recognition in the following categories:
Award Categories
- Agricultural Award: Recognizing successful agricultural enterprises that contribute to a thriving local economy.
- Business Excellence Award: Honoring established businesses that drive economic growth and demonstrate long-term success.
- Community Excellence Award: Celebrating businesses that actively engage in civic, cultural, and social initiatives.
- Customer Service Excellence Award (1-9 employees & 10+ employees): Recognizing businesses that prioritize exceptional customer satisfaction and innovation.
- Entrepreneur of the Year Award: Awarding individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in launching or transforming a business within the past three years.
- New Business Award: Recognizing businesses under three years old that have made a significant economic impact through innovation and investment.
- Youth Entrepreneur Award: Open to entrepreneurs aged 15-29 who have successfully launched innovative businesses contributing to the local economy.
Eligibility
Businesses in the following municipalities are eligible for nomination:
- Township of Adjala-Tosorontio
- Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury
- Township of Essa
- Town of Innisfil
- Town of New Tecumseth
How to Nominate
Submit a nomination by providing the business name, email address, and award category by April 10, 2025 to robin@nottawasaga.com. Nominees will receive an application form upon nomination. All nomination sources remain confidential.
